Born out of the vision of N Ramachandran, the Tattva Group was formed in 2009 with an aim to make an impact in chosen domains.
An accomplished industrialist with over three decades of experience, Mr. N Ramachandran founded the Tattva Group. As Founder, Promoter and Chairman of the Tattva Group, headquartered in Chennai, India, he continues to direct the vision and the larger goals of the Group.

Ramachandran actively contributes his time, energy and resources to several sports organisations. A keen sports enthusiast and a patron of squash in India, he closely works with the Indian Squash Academy. His efforts have been instrumental in making Chennai the ‘Squash Capital’ of India.
He has been conferred with the Olympic Order by International Olympic Committee for his outstanding services to the Olympic Movement and also the OCA Award of Merit by the Olympic Council of Asia.
Ramachandran also supports various social and philanthropic causes. He is the Honorary Treasurer of Seva Samajam, an organisation devoted to the rehabilitation, education and upliftment of destitute children. As President of Asia Pacific Down Syndrome Federation (APDSF) and Vice President of Down Syndrome Federation of India (DSFI), he promotes the cause of creating an inclusive society for people with Down Syndrome.
Ramachandran is also the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia for the Consular districts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Mr. TR Narayanaswamy, the Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of the Tattva Group has been instrumental in translating the Group’s vision into action, charting its growth across various divisions and subsidiaries.

He is also an Independent Director of Amara Raja Batteries Limited, headquartered in Hyderabad, India.
TR Narayanaswamy holds office both in the Indian Triathlon Federation and the Squash Rackets Federation of India. He is also associated with various community development and Corporate Social Responsibility projects through Down Syndrome Association of Tamilnadu (DSAT).
